As a Community Manager with Campus Apartments, LLC in Washington, D.C., you will oversee the everyday operations and overall management of this prestigious asset. This is a full-time, in-person position where you'll serve as the driving force behind a thriving residential community and help deliver the exceptional living experience our residents expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations and management of the property located at Howard University
• Ensure smooth functioning of the community across leasing, resident services, and on-site administration
• Support the performance and long-term success of the asset
• Foster a positive, welcoming environment for residents and staff alike
• Coordinate with the broader Campus team to uphold high standards of service and care

Qualifications

• Prior experience in student housing is preferred
• Strong operational, organizational, and management capabilities
