About the Role

Located approximately 600 meters from central Zirakpur on the Ambala-Chandigarh National Highway, this hotel is known for its modern rooms, rooftop pool, multi-cuisine dining options, and event venues. As a Commis I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every plate served creates memorable experiences for our guests.

Core Duties

• Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks under the guidance of more experienced chefs.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Participate in the setup, service, and clean-up of dining areas and events.
• Support in maintaining inventory levels for food and supplies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in a commis role or similar position is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic culinary skills and knowledge are required.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
