About the Role
As a Commercial Service Technician II, you'll lead the installation of commercial-grade HVAC systems, typically 5-ton capacity units and associated components, for commercial clients. You'll take ownership of every installation from start to finish, ensuring each system operates according to specification and meets quality standards. Your technical expertise and ability to communicate with customers will be essential to project success and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage the installation of commercial HVAC equipment and accessories at client sites
- Supervise and train Install Helpers to ensure all work is completed correctly and safely
- Communicate directly with customers to explain the installation process, answer technical questions, and address concerns
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues to achieve complete customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate and promote HVAC products and services that align with customer needs
- Coordinate with Field Supervisors to prioritize work schedules and meet project timelines
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience installing commercial HVAC equipment and systems
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor installation staff
