About the Role
We're seeking an experienced paralegal to support our real estate practice. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact commercial transactions while developing specialized expertise in real estate law. You'll be the backbone of our team, handling the detailed work that keeps deals moving forward.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents for commercial real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents
- Conduct legal research and due diligence investigations on properties, titles, and relevant regulations
- Manage files, maintain records, and coordinate timelines for transaction closings
- Support attorneys during title reviews, lease negotiations, and transaction coordination
- Draft correspondence and summaries for clients and opposing counsel
- Verify compliance with property regulations, zoning requirements, and contractual obligations
- Assist with closing preparation, including document assembly and coordination with all parties
What We're Looking For
- Prior law firm experience supporting attorneys in commercial real estate matters
- Paralegal certification or demonstrated equivalent knowledge
