The Opportunity
At Sur La Table, we are dedicated to creating happiness through cooking and sharing good food. As a Chef Instructor, Savory, you will be the in-store expert and advocate for all things savory cooking. You will deliver exceptional in-store culinary experiences focused on savory classes that reflect our passion for food, teaching, and high standards.
Your role involves inspiring a love for cooking while driving sales of cookware, cutlery, and kitchen tools through hands-on classes and engaging culinary instruction. You will represent the Sur La Table brand by creating memorable, educational experiences that inspire repeat visits and customer loyalty.
Core Duties
- Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture by delivering exceptional in-store culinary experiences focused on savory cooking.
- Communicate technical cooking concepts and savory techniques in a clear, encouraging, and approachable manner.
- Deliver hands-on savory classes that reflect the company's passion for food, teaching, and high standards while following provided recipes and game plans to ensure consistency and quality.
