What You'll Do
- Operate refrigerated trailers across multiple states including Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Kansas, South Dakota, and Nebraska
- Maintain compliance with all DOT and safety regulations
- Manage load planning, route optimization, and delivery schedules
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your equipment
- Build and maintain professional relationships with shippers and receivers
- Track fuel efficiency and operational costs effectively
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license with refrigerated endorsement (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum experience with refrigerated freight operations
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background verification
- Reliable, professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Experience managing or interest in owning a trucking operation
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
