Role Overview

As a dedicated commercial driver with a Class A CDL, you'll transport freight across assigned customer lanes, emphasizing safe operations, on-time performance, and damage-free cargo delivery. Working from Monroe, you'll operate modern, well-maintained tractors and trailers on predictable routes—no endless dispatch randomization. Your role centers on building strong relationships with stable customers who depend on consistent, professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Haul dry van, refrigerated, and flatbed freight on dedicated routes for established customers
• Maintain full compliance with FMCSA regulations and DOT safety requirements at all times
• Deliver cargo on schedule while ensuring freight arrives undamaged and in excellent condition
• Complete accurate logbooks, bills of lading, and all required transportation documentation
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to manage timelines and resolve issues professionally

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with a clean driving record
• Demonstrated commitment to safety-first operations and regulatory compliance
• Proven reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct on long-haul routes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team and customers
• Experience hauling dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed cargo a plus
