The Opportunity
Join U.S. Xpress - OTR as a Solo Over the Road (OTR) CDL-A Truck Driver and earn up to $1,400 per week with a guaranteed minimum of $7,500 sign-on bonus. You'll be responsible for driving dry van cargo over 2,000 miles per week on average. Top performers can earn an impressive $1,650 weekly. For team drivers, there's a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a split of 5,500 miles per week and starting pay rates of $0.72 to $0.80 cents per mile (CPM). Our teams average an annual salary of $260,000, with the potential for top earners to reach $300,000.
Core Duties
- Drive dry van cargo over 2,000 miles per week on average as a solo driver or in teams of up to 5,500 miles per week for team drivers.
- Earn a guaranteed minimum weekly pay of $1,400 and potentially more with performance-based bonuses.
- Ensure safe and efficient transportation of cargo while adhering to all company policies and state regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
- CDL-A license required.
- 1-5 months of driving experience is preferred but not mandatory for company drivers.
