Position Summary
Solo Over the Road (OTR) CDL-A Truck Drivers are needed for U.S. Xpress - OTR in Cedartown, Georgia. Enjoy a weekly minimum pay of $1,400 and a sign-on bonus of $7,500. Solo drivers average 2,000 miles per week with an opportunity to earn up to the top 20% at $1,650 weekly.
Responsibilities
- Drive dry van trucks on assigned routes
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of goods
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Pick up and deliver shipments as directed by the dispatch team
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license with appropriate endorsements
- 1-5 months of OTR driving experience required
- Prior company driving experience is a plus
- Better communication and problem-solving skills
- Dedication to safety and efficiency in operations
