About the Role
As a Regional CDL A Car Hauler Truck Driver with Proficient Auto Transport, you will safely transport newly finished vehicles from our operation based out of Council Bluffs, IA. Drivers in this position can begin running routes immediately after completing orientation, with weekly earnings ranging from $1,600 to $2,300 and an available sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 depending on your experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a manual transmission tractor-trailer to haul new, finished vehicles to assigned regional destinations.
- Load, secure, and unload vehicles with care to prevent damage during transport.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and follow all DOT and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate with dispatch as needed.
- Run regional routes out of Council Bluffs, IA while returning home every weekend.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license in good standing.
- Minimum of two years of verifiable CDL A driving experience.
- Ability to confidently operate a manual transmission.
- Commitment to safety, on-time delivery, and protecting high-value cargo.
- Willingness to begin running routes immediately following orientation.
