About the Role

Iris Memory Care of Rowlett is seeking dedicated caregivers and personal care attendants to join our team in this full-time Caregiver Memory Care position. Our intimate, freestanding assisted living community sits in the Dallas suburb of Rowlett, just east of downtown near Lake Hubbard. With a small two-building campus serving 48 residents, you'll work in a close-knit environment where individual attention and genuine connection define how we care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive personal care and daily living assistance to residents in our memory care setting
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals while preserving their dignity
• Build trusting, patient relationships with residents experiencing cognitive change
• Observe and communicate any changes in resident health, mood, or behavior to the care team
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and calming living space across our small campus
• Engage residents in meaningful daily moments and activities that promote well-being

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for serving seniors, particularly those living with memory-related conditions
• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills in working with residents and families
• Reliability and a commitment to consistent, full-time on-site shifts in Rowlett, Dallas
• Ability to assist residents with physical and personal care tasks throughout the day
• A team-oriented attitude suited to a small, community-focused environment
