About the Role
You'll lead complex diagnostic and repair operations on BMW vehicles, working with cutting-edge diagnostic equipment and technical resources. At the master technician level, you'll solve intricate problems, maintain service excellence, and help shape the technical direction of our shop.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on BMW engines, electrical systems, transmissions, and suspension components
- Execute repairs to BMW manufacturer specifications using advanced scan tools and factory documentation
- Conduct detailed vehicle inspections and provide customers with clear repair recommendations
- Manage work orders and maintain accurate service records for each vehicle
- Mentor and guide junior technicians on complex procedures and best practices
- Communicate technical findings and repair timelines to customers and service advisors
- Stay current with BMW technical bulletins and evolving repair protocols
What We're Looking For
- Master Technician certification or equivalent hands-on BMW repair experience
- Demonstrated expertise in BMW powertrains, electrical architecture, and chassis systems
- Proficiency with BMW diagnostic software and OBD scanning equipment
- Strong problem-solving ability and commitment to technical precision
- Excellent customer and team communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
