This position provides hands-on support to our residents across assisted living, memory care, and independent living settings. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene support
• Respond promptly to resident requests via our call system, ensuring timely assistance
• Deliver attentive, respectful service to residents, their families, and visiting healthcare providers
• Assist with medication preparation and administration as directed by clinical staff
• Document daily resident care activities with accuracy and completeness
• Record medication information in our electronic administration system

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent English language ability
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
