What This Role Involves

The Capture Manager will be responsible for leading the capture efforts to secure federal civilian contracts. This role requires a deep understanding of the Federal procurement lifecycle and proven success in capturing and winning contracts within IT services, cybersecurity, program management, and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Leverage 10+ years of experience in federal civilian capture management or related roles to secure contracts.
• Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies for federal civilian agencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and legal departments, to ensure alignment on contract objectives.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the company's strengths and value proposition.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and agency priorities to inform capture strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in federal civilian capture management or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully capturing and winning contracts within federal civilian agencies.
• Deep knowledge of the Federal procurement lifecycle, including FAR regulations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for proposal development and client interactions.
