What This Role Involves

We are seeking enthusiastic Call Centre Operators to join our team for the 2026/27 harvest season, running from October through to January. As a Call Centre Operator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing accurate, up-to-date information to our grain industry customers.

Core Duties

• Respond to incoming calls from customers seeking information about Bunge's products and services.
• Provide detailed and accurate information regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure all interactions are conducted with the highest level of customer service.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in call centre operations or customer service is desirable but not essential.
• A strong understanding of the Australian grain industry would be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
