As a Bilingual Consultation Specialist Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients seeking guidance on personal injury consultations. What You'll Do
- Conduct bilingual client consultations and consultative conversations via phone, email, and social media messaging
- Guide clients through personal injury processes and procedures with patience and clarity
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all client interactions and communications
- Respond promptly to client inquiries across all communication channels
- Build lasting relationships based on trust, active listening, and expert knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality client service

- Availability for overnight and weekend shifts
