About the Role
Join RNZ’s collaborative and action-oriented People team. As a Business Partner, People, you will support our managers to lead with manaakitanga as they make decisions that move us towards our organisational goals. We are seeking a savvy Employee Relations (ER) specialist who can get involved in change management and collective bargaining.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support managers in decision-making processes aligned with organisational goals, fostering manaakitanga.
- Contribute to the implementation of ER policies and practices that enhance employee well-being and engagement.
- Participate actively in change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions for all stakeholders.
- Briefly engage in collective bargaining activities as required by the role.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Employee Relations and change management.
- Adept at fostering positive relationships with managers and employees alike.
- Strong understanding of collective bargaining processes and ER policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
