About the Role

In Dublin, the Product Manager, Marketing Technology & Innovation owns the end-to-end technology lifecycle—from clarifying known and emerging business needs through delivery, advocacy, and support. You will partner with Marketing, Live-Services, and Customer Experience teams at Rockstar Games, 2K, and Zynga, working in close concert with Marketing Intelligence and Player Data & Tech. Your purpose is to equip those teams with the platforms and measurement tools they need. The position demands strong judgement of marketing and technology platforms together with experience leading complex cross-functional programmes that link business partners, vendors, and internal collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess business needs and identify product opportunities in the marketing technology domain, prioritising value, usability, viability, and feasibility
  • Author product requirement documents, set feature order, maintain roadmaps, and work with engineering on technical feasibility and delivery
  • Drive adoption of solutions and connect usage to quantitative and qualitative product and business measures
  • Define multi-year strategies that unify the player experience across marketing, support, and commerce sites using an enterprise CMS as the headless orchestrator, and channel web behavioural data and consent signals into a CDP for a single player-identity source
  • Specify requirements for real-time, data-driven hyper-personalisation powered by CDP attributes and AI content assembly
  • Build strategic ties with marketing, technology, and data leaders across labels and with vendors; act as the bridge among Marketing, Customer Support, and E-commerce so brand voice and functionality stay consistent across web touchpoints
  • Keep the product roadmap ahead of vendor releases, negotiate service levels that match growth needs, and lead initiatives from concept through implementation with a focus on measurable value
  • Stay current with technologies that improve the customer experience, present findings regularly, and mature AI agents for metadata tagging, SEO, and proactive compliance monitoring
  • Strengthen processes for procurement, budgeting, enablement, support, and compliance; embed consent platforms into the development lifecycle (GDPR, CCPA) without harming performance; enforce global tagging standards and data taxonomies; and train marketing teams on new tools and AI features

Skills & Qualifications

  • Three to five years’ hands-on experience building and driving technology-powered solutions, with solid grounding in digital advertising, customer-journey orchestration, and data architecture
  • Proven delivery of solutions across AdTech, CRM, and lifecycle management platforms; background in digital innovation, ideally within interactive entertainment
  • Capacity to form and manage senior relationships, communicate and advocate up to executive level, and present technical concepts at the right level of detail
  • Track record of designing measures such as acquisition, engagement, and retention to demonstrate impact; practical exposure to budgeting, contracts, and compliance in technology settings
  • Creative, resourceful approach under constraints and ownership of both delivery and direction for complex product outcomes
