What This Role Involves
The role of Direct Sales Director at GoTransit Media Group involves leading the revenue engine for our SME direct client portfolio. You will be responsible for setting strategy, building senior-level relationships with CMOs, and driving revenue growth across the national Direct business. As a key member of the leadership team, you will coach a team of Sales Directors and partner closely with Strategy and Marketing to ensure successful execution.
Core Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans for direct sales operations
- Build and maintain relationships with CMOs and other senior executives
- Coach and mentor a team of Sales Directors
- Drive revenue growth across the national Direct business portfolio
- Collaborate with Strategy and Marketing to align sales efforts with overall company goals
