About the Role

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues
• Perform routine maintenance on various business equipment
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities

Responsibilities

The Business Equipment Technician will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough diagnostic tests to identify equipment issues
• Replacing faulty components as needed
• Performing software updates and installations
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
