About the Role

As a Business Development Senior Specialist – Experience, Financing, you will support the firm's financing practice by capturing, organizing, and showcasing the deal experience that wins new business. This Manhattan-based position partners closely with attorneys and marketing colleagues to translate transactional track records into persuasive, market-ready materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance databases of financing deal experience, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for business development use.
• Prepare pitches, proposals, and submissions that highlight the firm's financing capabilities and matter history.
• Collaborate with partners and practice teams to gather, verify, and present relevant transaction details.
• Support league table and ranking submissions, awards entries, and directory questionnaires.
• Identify trends across the financing practice to inform targeted, client-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, marketing, or knowledge management, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong familiarity with financing or transactional practice areas is highly valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.
