About the Role
The Brand Market Specialist role at Beauty Barrage is a key position in our full-service strategic sales management team. As a Brand Market Specialist, you will serve as the brand ambassador in retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, and Bluemercury. Your primary responsibilities include increasing sales and brand awareness for your assigned brands. Success in this role requires self-motivation, a results-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
Core Duties
- Create a strong presence in-store to drive sales for your respective brands
- Work closely with our Field Team to support in-store activities and events
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Collaborate with retailers to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
Skills & Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not required
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
