Role Overview

The objective of the Brand Specialist position is to productively support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers. The Brand Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness.

Your Responsibilities

• Support Beauty Barrage's client brands in multiple retail locations across North America
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned market area
• Cultivate strong relationships with retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and others
• Drive brand awareness through strategic in-store support initiatives
• Report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive based on the specific market needs
• Be a self-starter and results-oriented individual passionate about the beauty industry
• Travel as required by the brands' needs within the assigned territory

• A passion for the beauty industry
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in retail or related fields is beneficial but not required
