About the Role
As a Brand Manager at Bayer, you'll own the complete brand lifecycle—from strategy development through execution and measurement. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that differentiate our products and resonate with target consumers
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns, from concept through launch, collaborating with creative, digital, and media teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and emerging threats
- Analyze consumer insights and leverage market research to inform positioning decisions and campaign messaging
- Manage brand budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and strong return on marketing investments
- Monitor brand health metrics, track campaign performance, and deliver insights to leadership
- Partner across functions—sales, supply chain, communications, and product development—to ensure brand alignment
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of brand management or marketing experience in a dynamic, consumer-focused environment
- Proven track record developing successful brand strategies and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable marketing decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
