What You'll Do
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand learner needs and pain points
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile experiences
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and refine solutions
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and business objectives
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency across products
- Present design work to internal teams and clients, articulating design decisions and strategy
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with education technology, learning platforms, or consumer applications is a plus
