Anthesisgroup seeks a Global Head of Internal Communications for its London, UK base, with this full-time post open to applicants situated anywhere in the UK or the broader EMEA region.

The Opportunity

As Global Head of Internal Communications at Anthesisgroup you will report to the Global Head of Brand, Strategy & Communications and take charge of the worldwide staff messaging and involvement programme. The core task centres on crafting and implementing an inspirational framework that draws together international colleagues around joint objectives, drive and the path ahead. You will enable every team member to appreciate our expansion plans, the marketplace potential that exists, and the specific part they play in supporting clients to build and secure value while incorporating sustainability within their planning and processes. Success here rests on recognising that effective dialogue goes beyond sharing facts and instead sparks confidence, cohesion and decisive action across the enterprise.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Steer the full global agenda for employee messaging and staff engagement activities
• Create and implement an inspirational framework that aligns the entire international workforce with mutual objectives, drive and direction
• Guide colleagues so they grasp our expansion strategy, market potential and their personal contribution to client success through sustainability integration
• Design high-impact messaging drives that unite strategic foresight with precise delivery and produce clear audience results
• Generate confidence, cohesion and momentum through purposeful internal dialogue across all regions
