About the Role
As a Barback at HOB Roxian, you'll provide crucial support to our bartenders during service, maintaining an organized, stocked, and efficient bar environment. Working in a dynamic entertainment venue, you'll be the backbone of our bar operations—keeping everything running smoothly so our bartenders can focus on crafting great drinks and engaging with guests.
What You'll Do
- Stock, rotate, and organize bar inventory including spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Prepare and supply ice, garnishes, and other essential bar components
- Wash, dry, and store glassware and bar equipment to maintain sanitary standards
- Restock cups, napkins, and supplies throughout each shift to keep the bar fully equipped
- Assist bartenders during busy service periods with efficiency and teamwork
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and back stock spaces
- Remove trash and recyclables as needed
- Support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences

- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills—you'll work closely with bartenders and servers

- Customer service mindset and professional demeanor
- Age 18 or older, as required by local regulations
- Previous bar experience is a plus but not required
