Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Plan and execute special events, ensuring they meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and cooperation among staff.
• Collaborate with the executive team and owners to align bar operations with company goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and manage staff effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Affable personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
