Portal Emprega Curitiba is hiring a full-time Auxiliar Administrativo (Administrative Assistant) in the US to manage client services, administrative operations, and service scheduling for our business.

About the Role

This full-time administrative assistant position serves as the operational backbone of our organization, requiring someone who excels at managing multiple communication channels simultaneously while maintaining accurate administrative records. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients visiting our location, handling all inquiries and directing them appropriately. Beyond front-desk duties, you'll coordinate complex service scheduling, manage administrative workflows, and ensure every interaction—whether by phone, email, or WhatsApp—meets our professional standards. The position operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break, and Saturday mornings from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Core Duties

  • Receive and assist clients at the store counter with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage incoming client communications across phone, email, and WhatsApp platforms
  • Maintain and coordinate service appointment scheduling and records
  • Process technical routing information and assignments for service operations
  • Complete and file service order closure documentation
  • Execute administrative tasks supporting the full service delivery cycle
