What This Role Involves

As an Automotive Assistant & Service Manager at Mavis Tire Supply's Verona location, you'll manage the customer-facing side of our service and tire sales operations. This position puts you at the heart of our facility—connecting customers with the quality automotive products and professional service they need. Working full-time, you'll build relationships with repeat customers while supporting the seamless flow of our daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and product needs
• Support tire, brake, battery, and automotive accessory sales
• Coordinate customer appointments and manage the service schedule
• Communicate between service technicians and customers throughout the job
• Process payments, invoices, and customer transactions
• Maintain the retail and service areas for safety and professionalism
• Address customer questions and resolve service-related concerns
• Help service technicians stay organized and on schedule
