Attorney – General Liability Associate – Hybrid Remote – Dallas, Texas

RB Legal Recruiting is partnering with a respected national litigation firm to hire a General Liability Associate for its Dallas, Texas team in this hybrid remote, partnership-track opportunity.

About the Role

As a General Liability Associate, you will join an established defense litigation practice and handle matters on behalf of the firm's clients while building a long-term path toward partnership. This is a full-time, hybrid remote position based out of Dallas, Texas, with a schedule of three days in the office and two days working remotely each week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general liability defense litigation files from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other case-related documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy alongside senior attorneys
• Represent clients at depositions, hearings, and related proceedings
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court to advance each matter

Qualifications

• Approximately two years of experience in general liability defense litigation
• Active admission to practice law in the State of Texas
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Interest in a long-term, partnership-track career within a national firm
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid in-office and remote environment
