What This Role Involves

The Education & Manpower Development (E&MD) team oversees policies and programmes aimed at building a skilled workforce that will shape Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide)’s cultural development. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to support the professional growth of individuals in the arts sector, including manpower planning and research on the arts workforce.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Developing and executing policies for education and manpower development in the arts sector
• Conducting research on the arts workforce to inform strategic directions
• Overseeing programmes that enhance the skills and competencies of the arts community
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of initiatives
