• Assess legal risks in proposed activities and suggest practical ways to address them
• Contribute to corporate governance topics, internal policy questions, and related inquiries as they surface
• Coordinate with outside counsel when specialized input is needed and assist with dispute-related follow-up

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree earned from an accredited law school
• Current authorization to practice law with active bar status
• Demonstrated background advising on corporate or commercial legal issues
• Solid abilities in contract work, legal research, and careful problem-solving
• Clear written and spoken communication skills suited to varied audiences
• Capacity to organize competing priorities and respond effectively under deadline pressure
• Working familiarity with core principles of business and organizational law
