Core Duties

• Administer standardized clinical, cognitive, and behavioural rating scales in line with study or clinic protocols
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments with participants while maintaining a professional, empathetic manner
• Score instruments accurately, complete source documentation, and enter or verify data to required standards
• Support protocol fidelity, data integrity, and clarification of ratings when query resolution is needed
• Collaborate with clinical and research colleagues to schedule assessments and ensure smooth visit flow
• Apply bilingual fluency so rating sessions and communication can proceed appropriately in English or French
• Follow applicable privacy, safety, and quality procedures during all assessment and documentation activities

Qualifications

• Professional background suited to clinical rating work (for example psychology, nursing, or a related clinical discipline)
• Demonstrated ability to administer and score common clinical or cognitive rating scales, or clear readiness to be trained on protocol-specific tools
• Full professional bilingualism in English and French for spoken assessment work and written documentation
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and consistency when capturing and reconciling rating data
