About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in organic search strategy while building proficiency in emerging AI-powered search environments. You'll support a diverse client portfolio, developing roadmaps that address both traditional search performance and visibility within AI-generated results. Your work will directly impact client revenue through strategic SEO and GEO initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive analysis and keyword research to identify client growth opportunities
• Develop and execute content creation and link-building strategies to improve organic traffic and domain authority
• Build quarterly and annual strategy documents that balance traditional SEO priorities with generative engine optimization approaches
• Monitor performance across Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Conductor to track traffic trends, keyword rankings, and AI Overview appearances
• Use AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity alongside automation platforms to streamline research, reporting, and workflow scaling
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients through meetings, calls, and detailed reports
• Connect every analysis and recommendation directly to client business goals and return on investment

What You Bring

• Strong foundation in SEO principles, including technical SEO concepts (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, page structure)
• Demonstrated interest in generative engine optimization and how AI-driven search reshapes visibility strategies
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Office suite
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and industry-standard SEO platforms
• Familiarity with emerging GEO measurement indicators such as AI Overview presence, generative citations, and search result volatility
• Ability to tailor communication to different client personalities and preferences
• Self-direction, strong time management, and comfort navigating a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity about industry trends and proven ability to synthesize and share insights with team members and clients
