Assisted Living – Resident Assistant

Join Three Pillars Senior Living Communities as a Resident Assistant in our Dousman, Waukesha County community. This is a full-time position offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors through compassionate, hands-on care and daily support.

About the Role

As a Resident Assistant at Three Pillars, you'll provide direct, dignified support to our residents while fostering their independence and quality of life. This full-time role includes evening shifts, with part-time day shift pool positions also available for flexible scheduling. Pool positions require a minimum of four shifts per month, split between weekdays and weekends.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to seniors
• Respond promptly to resident requests and calls for assistance
• Support residents during meals and provide eating assistance as needed
• Help maintain safe, clean, and comfortable living spaces
• Collaborate with nursing and care team members to ensure coordinated resident care
• Document care activities and communicate resident needs to supervisors

Compensation

Full-time and part-time positions offer $20–$23 per hour, with pool positions starting at $17–$23 per hour. Pay is based on your experience and applicable shift differentials.
