About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager position at Autozone is a full-time opportunity to develop your retail and automotive industry experience. You'll work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of sales associates, and ensure every customer leaves with the right solution for their vehicle.

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing store operations and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor
• Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and accuracy verification
• Train and mentor store team members on product knowledge and customer service standards
• Help customers select the correct automotive parts and accessories for their specific vehicles
• Provide expert product advice to enhance the customer shopping experience
• Contribute to sales goals and drive store performance
• Handle customer transactions, inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally
• Support loss prevention and security procedures to protect store assets
