CMTS LLC is hiring an Owners Authorized Representative (OAR II) in Westchester, Los Angeles County for a full-time, on-site position. With over 40 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects that impact communities, CMTS is seeking a detail-oriented professional to represent the owner's interests on our significant construction and development initiatives.

The Opportunity

As an Owners Authorized Representative (OAR II), you'll serve as the owner's primary advocate and overseer on infrastructure projects throughout the Los Angeles area. This role combines technical project oversight with client representation, ensuring all work meets contractual specifications and community standards. You'll be central to successful project delivery in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Your Responsibilities

• Represent the owner's interests through regular site inspections, meetings, and project oversight
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, building codes, and contractual requirements
• Review and approve submittals, change orders, and payment requests per contract terms
• Maintain accurate, complete project documentation and communication records
• Report project status and address concerns with ownership, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure quality standards and timelines are met throughout project execution

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as an Owners Authorized Representative, construction administrator, or similar owner advocacy role
• Strong understanding of construction practices, project management, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across contractors, engineers, and ownership
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands
• Professional presence and sound judgment in dynamic construction environments
