Assistant Manager – Beacon Park (40hrs,Sunday-Tuesday 9a-5p, Wednesday 1p-9p, Thursday 9a-5p)

Bay Cove Human Services is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for our Beacon Park program in Brockton, Plymouth County. About the Role

As Assistant Manager at Beacon Park, you will help guide the daily operations of a Bay Cove program site in Brockton, supporting the individuals we serve and the team that cares for them. This is an on-site, full-time position scheduled for 40 hours per week: Sunday through Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the program manager in overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the Beacon Park site.
• Deliver individualized, compassionate support to the people served by the program.
• Help lead, coach, and coordinate staff to maintain high-quality, person-centered care.
• Promote a respectful, welcoming environment that reflects Bay Cove's mission.
• Support adherence to program standards, policies, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Commitment to partnering with people facing developmental disabilities, mental illness, substance use disorders, or homelessness.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work the full Sunday-through-Thursday schedule on-site in Brockton.
• A collaborative, dependable approach to supporting both clients and colleagues.
