What This Role Involves

As an Electronic Trading Application Support Engineer, you'll provide essential technical support for electronic trading applications that underpin our operations. You'll diagnose and resolve production issues, monitor system performance, and collaborate with development teams and traders to ensure our trading infrastructure runs reliably. Your expertise will be vital to maintaining the stability and performance of complex trading systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain electronic trading applications and systems in production environments
• Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting trading platforms and related infrastructure
• Respond to support requests from traders and business users
• Conduct root-cause analysis on incidents and implement preventative measures
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot complex problems
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations
• Maintain detailed logs and records of support activities and system changes

• Proven experience supporting electronic trading applications or comparable financial technology systems
• Strong technical foundation in system troubleshooting and application diagnostics
