What This Role Involves
The role of AI Workforce Enablement Lead at Progressive Leasing involves supporting our enterprise-wide AI transformation. You will ensure that employees are equipped to succeed as work processes evolve, focusing on practical and sustainable change. This includes partnering with Talent, HR, and Technology teams to redesign workflows and enable a smooth transition for the workforce.
Your Responsibilities
- Designing systems, manager support, and enablement programs that facilitate employee adaptation to new roles and workflows.
- Developing and implementing training and communication strategies to drive behavior change among employees.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on AI-enabled work initiatives.
- Monitoring progress and providing feedback to support continuous improvement in enablement efforts.

You bring a hands-on approach to workforce enablement and change execution. With experience in turning big transformation goals into real behavior change, you are adept at designing systems that help employees successfully transition as roles and workflows evolve. A background in training, communications, or organizational development is preferred.
