What This Role Involves
As an AI Program Manager at Monday.com, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic initiatives of our Global VP of Revenue Growth. You'll be responsible for executive program management, ensuring that all projects are tracked and prioritized effectively. Your responsibilities include:
- Partner directly with the VP to manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, tracking milestones, timelines, risks, and priorities.
- Pull and synthesize data to build clear, concise decks and materials for offsites, business reviews, and leadership updates.
- Owning the roadmap for AI adoption across the VP's organization, identifying where agents and automation can drive the biggest efficiency gains.
Your Responsibilities
You will be a key player in leading cross-functional teams to identify, pilot, and launch AI initiatives that enhance team efficiency. Your role involves:
- Building and maintaining the operating cadence for offsites and leadership reporting.
- Driving program management for strategic initiatives while ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Leading the adoption of AI across the organization to support higher-value work and increased productivity.
