Marketing Systems & AI Automation Manager

About the Role

This is a hands-on, highly analytical individual contributor position based out of our Boston office (a minimum of three days on-site each week). As the Marketing Systems & AI Automation Manager, you'll connect marketing, revenue operations, and sales by architecting data enrichment pipelines, wiring up API integrations, and applying modern AI tooling to personalize outreach at scale. The result: cleaner data, faster plays, and measurable pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows that drive outreach, lead routing, and engagement across the GTM stack.
• Integrate core platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, and specialized GTM tools, using solutions like Zapier for real-time data flow.
• Construct enrichment waterfalls with Clay, Lusha, and ZoomInfo, and tap APIs and webhooks for intent signals and firmographics that trigger automated plays.
• Embed generative AI (OpenAI, Anthropic) into workflows to power personalized outbound through tools like Outreach.
• Safeguard data integrity through deduplication, lead scoring, routing, and segmentation, partnering with IT, RevOps, and data teams.
• Evaluate new MarTech, resolve sync and API failures, and enable stakeholders through technical training.
• Track campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and conversion metrics to continuously optimize execution and inform quarterly and annual planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or GTM systems within B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years with modern automation and enrichment platforms such as Clay.
• Proven success building and scaling outbound campaigns: list building, enrichment, segmentation, routing, and activation.
• Strong skills in Zapier and custom API/webhook builds, plus deep Marketo and Salesforce experience.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets ability and scripting in Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Demonstrated experience integrating LLMs and generative AI into outbound workflows.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and intent platforms like 6sense or Hockeystack.

The base salary range for this full-time role is $92,000–$137,500, with eligibility for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life, and 401K benefits.
