This full-time, on-site Accounting Associate position in San Mateo is far more than routine bookkeeping. Rather than simply keeping the books for an established business, you will help account for the capital and operations behind a fast-growing real estate platform that develops AI infrastructure and EV charging assets. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules across real estate development activity.
• Assist with month-end and period-end close processes, ensuring entries are complete and timely.
• Track project-level costs tied to AI infrastructure and EV charging developments.
• Prepare and review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
• Support internal and external reporting, audits, and documentation requests.
• Partner with finance and operations teams to keep records organized and compliant.

Qualifications

• Background or education in accounting, finance, or a closely related field.
• Solid grasp of core accounting principles and general ledger workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, on-site environment in San Mateo.
• Experience within real estate, development, or infrastructure accounting is a plus.
