Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and record customer progress billings, statements, and credit memos in compliance with company policies.

• Build strong internal and external relationships that positively represent TP Mechanical and the Accounting Department in a professional manner.
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reported, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
