About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused driver to join our team as a 1st Shift Box Truck Driver for medical waste containers. This role involves operating a 26-foot box truck across the Stow area to collect sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare facilities, ensuring high levels of customer service daily.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Operate a 26-foot box truck for collecting sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare facilities in the Stow area.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to all healthcare customers.
- Ensure safe handling of medical waste, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards during operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- A valid CDL with a Class A or B license is required.
- Prior experience in driving box trucks is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and handle a high degree of autonomy.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with healthcare facilities.
