About the Role
As the 1290 Funds Sales Desk Manager, you will operate in a hybrid setting in Charlotte, balancing on-site collaboration with flexible work. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations of the 1290 Funds sales desk to drive consistent results.
- Champion EQH investment products and platforms across internal and external sales channels.
- Build and strengthen partnerships throughout the retail investment advice market.
- Apply working knowledge of investment products and services to support advisor and client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align sales strategy with platform capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Four years of hands-on experience working with investment products and platforms.
- Series 6 or 7, plus Series 63 (with a requirement to obtain these in the near future).
- Series 24 or 26 — Series 24 must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
- Background in internal or external sales-related roles.
- Working familiarity with the retail investment advice market and related products and services.
- A demonstrated track record of performance in a comparable environment.
