About the Role

As a Portfolio Integration, Project Controls & TPM SME at Oracle, you will act as the go-to subject matter expert for portfolio controls and execution analytics across a group of assigned projects. Your work spans integrated forecasting, cost and schedule transparency, risk monitoring, and turnover readiness, all reinforced by a strong technical project management (TPM) approach to execution. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Concord.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior portfolio controls and execution analytics resource across assigned projects.
• Drive integrated forecasting and maintain clear visibility into cost and schedule performance.
• Track and report on project risks, surfacing issues early so teams can respond.
• Support turnover readiness and ensure projects are positioned for smooth handoff.
• Apply TPM-driven discipline to keep execution consistent and accountable across the delivery portfolio.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in project controls, portfolio integration, and execution analytics.
• Hands-on experience with cost management, schedule control, and integrated forecasting.
• Strong background in risk tracking and turnover or project handoff readiness.
• Working knowledge of technical project management (TPM) practices and how to apply them to delivery.
• Ability to operate as a trusted subject matter expert across multiple concurrent projects.
