Oracle is hiring a Senior Director- Data Center Readiness (Nashville, TN) to lead the operational preparedness of the data center environments that keep Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) running at global scale. This full-time, on-site leadership role in Edgewood puts you at the center of OCI's facilities and infrastructure operations mission.

About the Role

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure delivers Oracle's worldwide cloud services from enterprise-grade, highly available data centers built to perform under demanding workloads. As Senior Director of Data Center Readiness, you will guide the teams responsible for keeping these facilities reliable, secure, and resilient. The position is based on-site in Edgewood, and is not a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct data center readiness and facilities operations that sustain OCI's performance, availability, and security at scale.
• Ensure critical infrastructure systems run dependably across large, complex cloud environments.
• Strengthen operational resilience by anticipating risk and maintaining continuity of service.
• Lead and develop infrastructure operations and facilities teams toward consistent, high standards.
• Partner with cross-functional groups to align readiness practices with OCI's reliability and growth goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in data center operations, critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to manage availability, security, and operational resilience for enterprise-grade systems.
• Track record of leading and scaling technical operations teams.
• Strong judgment in sustaining reliability across complex, high-availability cloud or data center settings.
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Edgewood.
