Director, Compliance & Property Management (Shackelford County, TX)

Oracle is hiring a Director, Compliance & Property Management to oversee its expanding portfolio of hyperscale data center properties, based on-site in Montpelier, Washington County. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives at the intersection of real estate governance and regulatory strategy.

About the Role

As Director, Compliance & Property Management, you will guide the administrative, governance, and regulatory functions supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's growing network of data center sites. You will set direction for property strategy and bring it to life through hands-on execution, ensuring each asset operates in full alignment with legal, municipal, and contractual obligations. This Montpelier-based position carries broad ownership across land matters, government relations, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct property-related strategy and day-to-day execution across Oracle's hyperscale data center portfolio
• Manage land administration activities and maintain accurate property records
• Coordinate with municipal authorities and local government bodies on planning and operational matters
• Oversee regulatory compliance to keep sites consistent with applicable requirements
• Administer lease agreements, contracts, and their associated obligations
• Lead permitting processes and support environmental and related approvals
• Provide governance oversight across the property function

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in property management, real estate, or facilities governance
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance and permitting frameworks
• Familiarity with lease administration, contract management, and land matters
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with municipal and government stakeholders
• Sound judgment in managing risk across a multi-site property portfolio
• Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable working on-site in Montpelier, Washington County (this role is not remote)
